德国KAYSEN凯森进口罗茨鼓风机概述
罗茨风机具有中等负载，大风量5709m3/h，大功率为117KW。同步斜齿轮结构使风机具有更低的噪音及平稳的运行状态。重载荷金属支架轴承使风机在较高的载荷工况下依旧保持的性能表现和更长的寿命。密封采用机械密封结构，确保其密封性更加。该系列风机可以选择水平安装或者垂直安装啦满足不同的工况。
主要特点：
风机采用活塞环密封设计能够满足高转速的要求，高转速可达3000rpm，所有与密封面接触的轴端面都经过抛光处理，以减少密封面的磨损，并降低其泄漏风险。摆线式叶轮线性设计能够输送更高压力的气体，高压力可达1.05bar（g)。齿轮材质全部为热处理后的合金钢，分体式齿轮设计更便于安装拆卸。另外特殊的壳体设计，即使在输送高压力气体时也无需水冷。
