讨论 卸荷阀同一般先导式溢流阀结构原理一样,在调试过程中,也存在啸叫与压力振摆现象.根据有关资料[3]介绍,产生压力振摆主要原因: 1)主阀芯导向长度太短,主阀芯工作中不稳; 2)导阀的控制油路不应由主阀上腔引出,该处压力在主阀工作中就是变化的,随流量变化而变化,必然引起压力摆动; 3)导阀芯处于悬空状态,工作中要偏移,导阀口径向间隙不均,必然产生啸叫和振动. 减少啸叫和压力振摆方法,应保证零部件加工装配质量和合理的结构参数,适当加长主阀芯导向长度,使导阀芯加上导向支承.
