多级罗茨型干泵Model:CR
干泵"Model:CR"VerB是获得国际标准（CE,cTUVus）的空冷式罗茨型干泵。排气室内不使用真空油，因转子和汽缸是不接触的，可长时间稳定运转。
由于排气室是非接触的并且不使用油，因此可以长时间稳定排气。 无需冷却水和氮气，有助于降低运行成本。 安装了DC密封电机实现节能，气密和减重。 气镇压机构可以排出蒸汽。 符合CE,cTUVus特点
空气、惰性气体等洁净气体的真空排气 真空干燥等水蒸气的排出（需要使用气镇） 溅射，蒸发等真空设备用途
