螺杆型干泵Model:LS
"Model:LS"真空泵被归为螺杆型干式真空泵。以往要提高排气速度就要消耗大量电能，我们通过独创的螺杆形状和节电技术的融合，使该Model产品成为兼顾高速排气和低功耗的干式真空泵。
在4种机型中，您可根据设备的大小、使用条件及用途选择*排气容量的泵。
LS120A
LS300A
LS600A
■大气压附近的排气速度*为80m3/h，与以往的真空泵相比，排气时间可缩短约20%。 （*1）LS120A-C时特点
■标配的消音器能解决干式真空泵特有的噪音问题。极限压力时的噪音值在61dB（A）以下，
这是一个在运转过程中也不会打扰到您的噪音等级（*1)）
■C规格标配的ECO-SHOCK技术是一种省电的爱发科独有技术。
该技术可将极限压力下的消耗电量降到0.6kW以下（*2)
■“Model:LS”无需轴封气体。以氮气和空气等的排气为主的清洁工艺可降低运行成本（*3)
■希望进一步提高排气速度的话，建议您搭配机械增压泵使用。
通过组合使用排气速度可以达到120～1200m3/h。

“Model:LS”有两种规格。用途
首先是面向清洁工艺的规格。
为内置ECO-SHOCK的低功耗型，适于空气排气和N2排气等清洁工艺用途。
具体来说，包括溅射、镀膜、贴合/load lock室/TMP辅助等。
其次是面向轻工艺的规格。
具有表面处理和净化功能，适于水蒸汽和挥发性药液排气等轻工艺用途。
具体来说诸如真空干燥、冷冻干燥、灰化和一般工业用途等。
