1、选取符合要求的煤杯，放入杯垫

2、在煤杯中放入纸筒

3、将煤试样进行筛分

4、将全部通过1.5mm圆孔筛的煤样搅拌均匀，并用四分法分割

5、进行称量取100g

6、将卷好香烟纸的细钢棍插入杯内，然后安装好煤杯压板，同时每只煤杯装入100g煤试样

7、装好煤样后，取出细钢棍，并装好压力盘

8、将煤杯整体置入炉内，注意放正

9、安装好压力杆，并加挂砝码（注意前后炉砝码不同）

10、将位移传感挂件连接好

11、分别放入前后炉的热电偶（注意前后炉一一对应）

12、启动控制仪（SYD-622）进入自动工作程序

13、炉体正在升温加热
