本设备用于离合器摩擦片试验，

可进行六项试验（德国标准），

整机分为机体、变频调速柜和主控制柜三部分

机体：2800×850×1300(mm)，

变频调速柜：1000×800×1800(mm)，

主控制柜：900×800×1800(mm)，

台湾研发工控机，

PC+PLC控制，

变速无级调速，

气动驱动，

气压低报警和停机保护功能，

数据采集采用德国组态软件Dasylab 8.0.

This equipment adopts windows xp english edition sp2 operating system and dadslab 8.0 exploiting system.

The wholw machine is divided into three parts:

Air(2800×850×:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />1300mm) speed governor cabinet of transformation frequency(1000×800×1800mm) and main controlling cabinet(900×800×1800mm). Data outputs automatically in the form of ASCⅡ code file then handle it with excel though manual work the way is similar to raybestos company in German. PC machine assists the internet and shares the data file providing the computer to adjust and read.
