本机有单层单台、单层双台和双层单台三种型号，可对汽车离合器从动盘的重要零件——整体波纹片完成回火成形工艺。产品成形，回火硬度一致，从而可靠地保证了产品的品质。
每种产品工艺参数可事先输入计算机控制系统储存，需要时可随时调出，整个工艺过程循环自动完成，完成后自动停车。
本机操作十分简便，并可实现一人控制多台机器。
