采用转轮式送料结构,占地面积小,装机容量小于100KVA,加热炉采用纤维炉膛,保温性能好、蓄热少、大量节省能源。比同类设备节能60%;
采用模具干式淬火成型,淬火过程无油烟污染排放,淬火后的工件表面清洁,无须清洗,利于环保,生产成本低;
其技术原理为隔气加热无介质淬火成型的应用。
The equipment adopts PLC automatic control to the workpiece loading and concealing. It can control the high intelligent produce of ambience heating and forming anneal.
Adopted the rotating structure of conveying material it occupies small-sized space and its capacity is less than 100KVA. Adopted the fiber to protect chest heating furnace has good functions of preserving heat stores little heat and saves a lot of energy. It can save more 60% energy than the similar product.
